La Colombe Triple Draft Latte Review

plant, cup, and can of coffee

A couple summers ago we cooled down with La Colombe’s Vanilla Draft Latte. It was creamy and reminiscent of an Irish Cream with delicious nitro infused, and we loved it! So this summer when we spotted the Triple Draft Latte on the shelves, we were eager to try another La Colombe canned coffee that promised a punch of caffeine with 180 mg of caffeine in 11 oz!

This cold brew concoction smells like a lightly sweet, medium roast that has some darker smoky qualities and none of the acidic light roast qualities. That gentle balance of aroma is matched in flavor with a mild roastiness and the sweet flavors of milk. There is a tiny hint of vanilla sweetness, but we largely get a dark chocolate quality that leaves a dry mouthfeel at the end of every sip.

Triple Draft Latte is creamy, chocolatey, and smooth. The flavors don’t linger on the palate and leaves your mouth feeling cleansed and ready for more. This is a great grab when you are looking for coffee with a touch of chocolate, a moderate 9g of sugar, and a boost of caffeine.

After sipping this, I don’t feel buzzed or jittery, rather content and awake – ready to take on the day ahead. So if you are ready to take on your own day, grab La Colombe’s Triple Draft Latte and enjoy the dry chocolatey and sweet milk flavors.

Cheers,

Mrs. Brew
